How do I email photos?
Attached the pictures to the email. If they are large files, please send them a few pictures at a time or they may not all arrive.
Where do I send photos?
When you are ready to send the pictures, you will be emailed the address to send them to.
Will I get my photos back?
All photos will be returned to you once the photo collage is completed via regular mail.
Will I see the collage before I have to pay for it?
Yes, you will be sent a proof and at this time you can advise of changes you would like.
What if I have a damaged picture I want to use?
Damaged photos can often be restored. I will try my best to fix whatever the problem is in the picture so that it can be used. I will also fix any red-eye in the photos and lighten the picture if it is too dark.
Can I make changes to the collage?
Yes, you can specify changes at the time you are sent the final proof.
How do I pay?
I accept credit cards via Paypal. A personal check can also be sent, but the collage will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
When will I receive my collage?
Depending on the shipping method chosen, anywhere from 4 days to 10 days.
What if I have specific requests for the layout of the collage?
Specific requests can be outlined in the email order as well as notes sent with the pictures. A common method is attaching sticky notes to the pictures with a note about “take out this person”, etc…
What type of paper is the photo collage printed on?
Photo Collages are printed on Kodak Professional Photo Paper. Collages are printed at a professional photo lab and shipped directly to you.
Can I have the file emailed to me?
Yes, to save on shipping, you can choose to have the jpeg file emailed to you and you can upload it to your own favorite online photo service to have it printed. You can have it shipped to you and still request a copy of the file if you wish to use it for special photo gift purchases.
What if I am in a rush?
I will work with you to get the collage to you as quickly as possible. To expedite matters, the photo collage can be emailed to you and you can have it printed locally. Most drug stores, supermarkets, box stores, etc have online photo centers where you can upload the jpeg file and choose store pick-up. Fedex 1 business day shipping is also available for a low rate.
I wish to make a memory collage for my son which pictures of his Dad, Grand father, Grand mother, and great grandparents he has lost so it would be a memory collage. The focus picture would be his father and picture of him with his father. I not sure I understand the pricing? this photo would be sent in because they are older pic’s. Before all digital stuff.
