My name is Barbara and I am a thirty something suburban mom of 2 energetic boys. I have a home business as a digital designer. I design photo collages, photobooks/scrapbooks with Cherish|BOUND and digital scrapbooking products. Pull up a chair and have a look around, check out what I do.

It’s a party and if we made some small talk, I might tell you about my childhood friend. Or about the gift I made for my son’s kindergarten teacher last year, it was amazing. You can visit my About page to learn 25 random facts about me too, if you are really bored.

Hey, it wouldn’t be a party without food, so I want to share a really easy recipe for a delish appetizer I like to make when we have guests over, it’s always a hit. No measuring required, just eyeball everything.
Mushroom Bake:
Saute 1lb of mushrooms in butter. Add 1 package of Dry Onion Soup Mix. Add sour cream, just eyeball the amount to desired consistency. Put mixture in a shallow baking dish and top with cheese of choice, I like swiss for this, but anything will do. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Serve with tortilla chips ( I like to use the fancy blue ones) and or bread cubes.
